Account ownership
You own all content you create (journal entries, activities, lists)
You grant Vitros a license to store, process, and display your content
This license is necessary to provide the service (e.g., showing your journal on multiple devices)
The license ends when you delete your account or content
Acceptable use
You must be 13 years or older to use Vitros
One account per person (no sharing credentials)
Don't use Vitros for illegal activities
Don't abuse, harass, or harm others
Don't attempt to hack or disrupt the service
Don't scrape or copy content at scale without permission
Subscription and payments
Free plan is available indefinitely
Paid plans (Plus, Pro) are billed monthly or annually
You can cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period
Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
Service availability
We strive for 99.8% uptime but cannot guarantee zero downtime
We provide 24-hour notice for planned maintenance when possible

AI features
AI-generated content (summaries, insights) may not always be accurate

AI credits are refreshed monthly and don't roll over
Exceeding AI credit limits will pause AI features until next billing cycle
