What are credits, and how do they work?

Credits cover voice transcription, parsing, geotagging, summaries, and insight generation. Each of those actions uses credits. Free accounts get 100/month, Plus gets 500/month, and Pro gets 1000/month.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade, you'll get prorated credit. If you downgrade, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade, you'll lose access to premium features, but all your journal entries, activities, and lists remain safe and accessible.

Is my journal data private and secure?

Yes! Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data, and you can export or delete it anytime. Your journal entries, activities, habits, and lists are always yours. See our privacy policy for details.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes! Save 20% with annual billing. Plus is $48/year ($4/month) instead of $60, and Pro is $96/year ($8/month) instead of $120.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, cancel anytime with no penalty. Your premium features continue until the end of your billing period, then you'll automatically move to the Free plan.
