What are presets in Stacks?

Presets are the pre-filled values for each activity in your Stack (weight, reps, sets, duration, distance, etc.). They help you maintain consistency and track progressive overload.

Setting presets: When adding an activity to a Stack, you can set:

  • Sets: Number of rounds (e.g., 3 sets)

  • Reps: Repetitions per set (e.g., 10 reps)

  • Weight: Load amount and unit (e.g., 135 lb)

  • Duration: Time-based activities (e.g., 30 min)

  • Distance: Running/cycling distance (e.g., 5 mi)

  • Other fields: Activity-specific parameters

Why use presets:

  • Consistency: Same workout parameters each session

  • Progressive overload: Easily increase weight/reps over time

  • Quick logging: Pre-filled values save time

  • Performance tracking: Compare sessions accurately

Editing presets:

  1. Open your Stack

  2. Tap "Edit Stack"

  3. Select the activity to modify

  4. Update preset values

  5. Save changes

Pro Tip: Create multiple versions of the same Stack with different preset values for progressive training (e.g., "Leg Day - Week 1", "Leg Day - Week 4").
