How do I use Stacks?

Once you've added a Stack to your account, here's how to work through it effectively.

Starting a Stack:

  1. Open your Stacks page.

  2. Select the Stack you want to complete.

  3. Tap the "Start session" button.

Tracking progress:

  • Tap each activity card as you complete it.

  • For multi-set exercises, tap to increment set count.

  • Progress bar shows completion percentage.

  • Checkmark appears when activity is done.

  • All activities are automatically logged to your Activities tab.

  • When you are finished, tap the "End session" and it will be recorded to your Activities tab.

Tips for success:

  • Review first: Look at the full sequence before starting.

  • Prepare equipment: Have all weights/gear ready.

  • Follow order: Complete activities in the designed sequence.

  • Mark honestly: Only check off fully completed activities.

  • Track notes: Add comments about performance or modifications.

Incomplete sessions: If you can't finish a Stack, that's okay! Your progress is saved, and partially completed activities still appear in your activity log.
