How do I use Stack templates?
Stack templates are pre-built activity sequences created by fitness experts and the Vitros community. They're the fastest way to get started with structured workouts.
Finding templates:
Navigate to Stacks → Templates
Browse by category (cardio, strength, flexibility, etc.)
Filter by difficulty level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
Check estimated duration to fit your schedule
Using a template:
Click on any template to view details.
Review the activity sequence and requirements.
Tap "Use this template" to add it to your stacks.
You'll then see the Stack in your "My Stacks" page.
From there you can add/edit it to customize to your preferences.
Start the stack whenever you're ready to train.
Template details:
Category: Type of workout (cardio, strength, etc.)
Difficulty: Skill level required
Duration: Estimated completion time
Activities: Number of exercises in the sequence
Templates are a great starting point - use them as-is or customize them to match your fitness level.
