How do I track Stack performance over time?

Every activity you complete from a Stack is automatically logged, allowing you to track performance trends over time.

What gets tracked:

  • Completion date and time

  • All preset values (weight, reps, sets, etc.)

  • Duration of each activity

  • Notes and modifications

  • Overall stack completion rate

Viewing your history:

  1. Go to Activities tab

  2. Filter by specific activity types

  3. Review trends in weight, reps, or duration

  4. Compare performance across sessions

Progressive overload: Use your activity history to systematically increase:

  • Weight lifted

  • Reps completed

  • Sets performed

  • Distance covered

  • Duration sustained

Pro tip: Review your stack performance weekly. If you're consistently completing all activities with good form, it's time to increase the challenge by updating your presets.
