How do I track Stack performance over time?
Every activity you complete from a Stack is automatically logged, allowing you to track performance trends over time.
What gets tracked:
Completion date and time
All preset values (weight, reps, sets, etc.)
Duration of each activity
Notes and modifications
Overall stack completion rate
Viewing your history:
Go to Activities tab
Filter by specific activity types
Review trends in weight, reps, or duration
Compare performance across sessions
Progressive overload: Use your activity history to systematically increase:
Weight lifted
Reps completed
Sets performed
Distance covered
Duration sustained
Pro tip: Review your stack performance weekly. If you're consistently completing all activities with good form, it's time to increase the challenge by updating your presets.
