How do I track activities?
To start tracking activities, you can use the Vitros web site or download the mobile app. It's free and takes less than one minute to get started.
Once you're logged in, navigate to the Activities tab. This powerful feature helps you track and analyze over 150 different types of activities across 10 categories including fitness, wellness, creative pursuits, outdoor adventures, team sports, daily routines, and more.
Getting started - Multiple ways to track activities
Quick text entry: In the text area in the chat bar at the bottom of the page, simply type what you did. For example, "Went for a 30-minute run" or "Meditated for 15 minutes." Then tap the submit button (the up-arrow icon). Our AI agent will automatically parse your entry, detect the activity type, extract duration and other relevant details, assign appropriate tags, and organize it for you.
Voice recording: Make it even easier by tapping the microphone icon in the chat bar. Record a message describing your activity - as detailed or brief as you want. Say something like "Just finished a great yoga session, about 45 minutes, feeling really centered." Our AI will transcribe and parse everything automatically.
Detailed form entry: For more control over your activity logging, tap the submit button (the up-arrow icon) without entering any text. This opens a comprehensive form where you can:
Select from 150+ pre-defined activities (running, swimming, cooking, reading, etc.)
Set precise duration, distance, intensity, or other relevant metrics
Add location data if you have location sharing enabled
Include custom tags and notes
Attach photos or videos to capture the moment
Set the exact date and time
Smart activity recognition: Our AI understands natural language and can identify activities from casual descriptions. Whether you say "hit the gym," "went for a bike ride," or "cooked dinner," it will categorize and structure your entry appropriately.

Your activities are automatically organized by date in a beautiful timeline format. Each day shows:
Time-based greeting: The app provides contextual messages based on when you're logging activities
Activity cards: Each entry shows the activity type, duration, key metrics, and any tags
Weather integration: Today's activities display current weather conditions
Expandable details: Tap any activity card to see full details, tags, and your original notes
Editing and managing activities
Edit activities: Tap on any activity card to open the editing interface. You can modify the activity type, adjust duration or other metrics, add or remove tags, update notes, or attach media.
Delete activities: Swipe left on any activity card to reveal the delete option, or use the delete button when editing an activity.
Activity insights: The system automatically extracts meaningful data from your activities, including patterns, progress tracking, and correlations with your mood and other wellness metrics.
Smart features
Location tracking: If you enable location sharing in your preferences, activities are automatically tagged with your location for richer context and insights.
Automatic parsing: The AI recognizes activity types, durations, distances, intensities, and other relevant metrics from natural language descriptions.
Tag generation: Activities are automatically tagged with relevant keywords to help you find and analyze patterns later.
