How do I start journaling?

To start journaling, you can use the Vitros web site or download the mobile app. It's free and takes less than one minute to get started.

Once you're logged in, navigate to the Journal tab. Getting started - Multiple ways to journal

Quick text entry: In the text area in the chat bar at the bottom of the page, simply start typing your thoughts. Write a few words, a sentence, or longer reflections about your day, feelings, or experiences. Then tap the submit button (the up-arrow icon). Our AI agent will automatically parse your entry, extract relevant tags, detect your emotional state from 25+ mood categories, and organize it chronologically for you.

Voice recording: Make journaling even more natural by tapping the microphone icon in the chat bar. Record your thoughts as long or short as you want - speak as if you're talking to a trusted friend. Say something like "Had a really challenging day at work, but I'm proud of how I handled that difficult conversation with my colleague." Our AI will transcribe your voice, analyze the content, and structure everything automatically.

Detailed form entry: For more control over your journal entries, tap the submit button (the up-arrow icon) without entering any text. This opens a comprehensive journaling interface where you can:
