How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Account, scroll to "Subscription management," and click "Cancel your plan." You'll still have full access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan, and you won't lose any of your data.

You cannot just send an email or message to cancel your subscription. We may not get to the email in time before your credit card is charged. Plus, we have no access to your billing - which happens through Stripe.
