Build your own activity Stacks to create personalized workout routines that match your exact goals and preferences.
Creating a Stack:
Go to Stacks and tap "Create Stack."
Give your stack a name (e.g., "Monday Upper Body").
Add a description (optional but helpful).
Select activities from your library.
Set presets for each activity (reps, sets, weight, duration).
Arrange activities in your preferred order.
Best practices:
Warm-up first: Start with mobility or light cardio
Logical progression: Order exercises by muscle group or intensity
Include rest: Add rest periods between intense activities
Cool down: End with stretching or recovery activities
Be specific: Set exact reps, sets, and weights in presets
Example Stack - "Full Body Strength":
Dynamic Stretching - 5 min
Squats - 3 sets / 10 reps / 135 lb
Bench Press - 3 sets / 8 reps / 185 lb
Deadlifts - 3 sets / 6 reps / 225 lb
Pull-ups - 3 sets / 10 reps
Static Stretching - 10 min
