Build your own activity Stacks to create personalized workout routines that match your exact goals and preferences.

Creating a Stack:

  1. Go to Stacks and tap "Create Stack."

  2. Give your stack a name (e.g., "Monday Upper Body").

  3. Add a description (optional but helpful).

  4. Select activities from your library.

  5. Set presets for each activity (reps, sets, weight, duration).

  6. Arrange activities in your preferred order.

Best practices:

  • Warm-up first: Start with mobility or light cardio

  • Logical progression: Order exercises by muscle group or intensity

  • Include rest: Add rest periods between intense activities

  • Cool down: End with stretching or recovery activities

  • Be specific: Set exact reps, sets, and weights in presets

Example Stack - "Full Body Strength":

  1. Dynamic Stretching - 5 min

  2. Squats - 3 sets / 10 reps / 135 lb

  3. Bench Press - 3 sets / 8 reps / 185 lb

  4. Deadlifts - 3 sets / 6 reps / 225 lb
